I think it’s one of the most authentic Chinese cuisine in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, located in Skokie, IL! We’re there about 3 years ago and just went there again and it was still very good! The portion size is decent and the price went up approximately $3 for some of the dishes, which is not too bad! Service was great!

We were lucky to find this gem on line, read the reviews and decided to try it since we were in Skokie. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The shredded pork with garlic sauce was the best I’ve ever had. The design of the restaurant and bar is tasteful, well designed and made with quality materials. The dining area is broken down into sections so that you don’t feel like you’re eating with 100 other people. Staff was well dressed but sometimes didn’t understand the questions. Bathrooms are modern and clean. This restaurant is a winner for sure and I will definitely return in the future!

Dine in. Lunch special was great, huge portions, great quality. Will definitely be back. edited - Friendy staff. If you are reading this I have came back a few times since doing my original review, and this place does not disappoint. Food is great quality matched with quantity and great atmosphere. This place is worth it.

Excellent execution of standard and many not-so-standard dishes. If you're here for vegetables, read carefully and/or order some as a side dish. Servings are generous and very tasty, service is prompt and attentive. Definitely give them a try--they are two or three cuts above what you'll find elsewhere!

Their food is spectacular! I used to order from them all the time and finally decided to pay a visit and go to eat in the restaurant. Place looks cool, modern and warm. Before we ordered we got complimentary "spicy cabbage", we couldn't stop eating it! It was so fresh with perfect amount of oil, but very spicy, what we liked! We ordered few entrees and appetizers to share all at once! Fried rice is perfect, not to greasy with lots of fresh veggies. Salt and pepper squid is amazing dish, that we can never skip, not fried too much, salty enough, but not too much.. Also never trued dry szechuan sausage, reminded us of European dried pork sausage, but Chinese is more spiced and salty! We love food from this place, but service could do bit better as other people mentioned, nothing negative to say about it, but nothing positive either. All in all 5/5 place!

The food was excellent! I went with a few people that had low spicy tolerance so we ordered mainly from the non-spice chef recommendation section which was great! All dishes were awesome!! We literally loved everything we had. We ordered: Szechuan String bean, scallions pancakes, Xiao long bao, crispy shrimp with lemon sauce and tea smoked duck.

Not a fan of the Dry Chilli Chicken. Basically dry fried chicken cubes with cut up hot pepper for $14.95. Dry chicken doesn't make much sense, and I'd recommend something with a sauce instead. I'm sure other food options would taste better, but this food wasn't good, but I still will give 3 stars because the restaurant is clean, service is nice and fast, but I'm assuming I made the wrong choice of food.

Used to be good but after very bad experience bad food mediocre service with no manager present complained and asked for manager to call never received call went in again no manager present said we used to be regular customers but had bad experience asked young man at front desk to take down my name and phone number. He just stood there blank look. I said aren’t you going to write down my name and number he said…”I don’t care since you aren’t a customer anymore I don’t care” My polite approach extra effort to give feedback was treated so rudely not even I’m sorry. We have found Highland Park and Uptown locations much better their loss. Sorry to be so negative especially with my history of writing positive reviews but this persons immature behavior is a very poor reflection on what used to be a good restaurant
